Aditya Mathur is a BBA LLB graduate from GGSIPU, and also holds a PG Diploma in IPR from GNLU, Ahmedabad.

Prior to joining the IP and IT litigation team at Mason and Associates, Aditya worked with a leading IP boutique firm as a Litigation Associate where he handled complete case management from drafting filing and arguments of trademark, copyright and Design matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High court and various district courts.

Aditya is also a certified Mediator and an Arbitration enthusiast with specialisation in commercial situations.
